Juniperus procumbens 'Nana' A selection of the Japanese garden juniper with a slow growth rate and ground covering form. The plant has bluish-green coloration of prickly needles. It grows 15 cm per year. Over many years reaches approximately 0.2m in height and 1.5m in diameter. Prefers a position in a full sun, has low soil fertilization requirements. Recommended for backyards, alpine gardens and rockeries. Looks extraordinary grafted on a trunk.
