Pinus uncinata 'SS 5' Selection of the Mountain pine with a dense, globose shape and a slow growth rate. Foliage of the plant is bright green with two needles per fascicle. At the age of 10 it reaches approx. 0.3m in height and 0.4m in diameter. Prefers position in a full sun, has a low soil fertilization requirements and its resistant to harsh climatic conditions. It’s an excellent variety for small and medium backyards, rockeries, moorlands and cultivation in containers.
