Pinus mugo 'Golden Glow' A slowly growing selection of the dwarf mountain pine with a dense, initially globose, but later on turns to shrubby shape. Characteristic feature are bright green needles in summer, turning gold-yellow in winter. It grows about 10 cm per one year. At the age of 10 reaches approximately 1m in height. This cultivar of dwarf mountain pine is very adaptable for soil conditions .This is a frost resistant plant. Prefers location in a full sun. It’s an excellent variety for backyards, rockeries, moorlands and planting in groups or solitary.
