Thuja occidentalis 'Cloth of Gold' A slow-growing variety of the Eastern arborvitae with a dense, initially globose, over time – widely conical shape. The characteristic feature of the plant is gold-yellow coloration of a foliage – which becomes orange-brown during winter. At age of 10 reaches up to 1.5m tall and 1m diameter. Grows well in a fertile, acidic, permeable and moist soil. Prefers a position in a full sun. Recommended for small gardens, rockeries, moorlands and cultivation in containers.
