Pinus sylvestris 'Kelpie' A selection of Scots pine with a dense, globose shape. Growth rate is slow. Foliage is dark green with 2 needles pre fascicle. At the age of 10 plant reaches approx. 0.3 m tall and 0.45m in diameter. It has low soil fertilization and moisture requirements. Prefers position in a full sun. This plant tolerates drought but its sensitive to air pollution. Recommended for small and medium backyards, rockeries ,cultivation in containers and moorlands
